Chat Support Agents perform the following duties and responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and accurate way ? Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and/or responses ? Track and follow up on all customer requests to ensure they are properly resolved ? Escalate unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation ? Provide customers with information about products, services, features, pricing, etc. ? Assist in processing customer orders and payments ? Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process ? Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Pay: $19.35 - $22.98 per hour
