Required Qualifications:
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in crisis intervention (suicide, detox, substance abuse, aggressive behavior)
- Substantial, unlimited independent professional licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LISW, LCPC, LCMHC or clinical psychologist) in the state where the candidate resides.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of brief treatment models and Persuasive Interviewing
- Call Center experience
- Ability to establish and maintain rapport quickly
- Experience with positive behavioral change
- Experience with mental health, emotional considerations, family circumstances, and relationship concerns
Education:
- Graduate degree in counseling required.
