Deployment Engineer – Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Deployment Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the deployment and configuration of our software solutions across complex networked environments. This position is ideal for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in networking, server administration, and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Oxygen Forensics software solutions for clients.
- Plan and execute software deployments across diverse network environments, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and air-gapped configurations.
- Assess client network environments prior to deployment and identify configuration requirements, firewall rules, and connectivity dependencies.
- Utilize virtualization and cloud technologies to deploy and configure software solutions.
- Engage with clients both remotely and on-premises as needed.
- Document deployment activities, network configurations, and outcomes, providing detailed reports and updates to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on networking experience, including routing, switching, firewall configuration, and network troubleshooting; CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience deploying software in enterprise or government networked environments; familiarity with segmented networks, VLANs, and security-controlled access is a strong plus.
- Working knowledge of virtualization technology.
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies, AWS preferred.
- Comfortable with client-facing engagements, including the need to be on premises with the client.
- Professional-level written and spoken English proficiency required; this role involves direct client engagement with a diverse cohort of clients and must meet the communication standards of those interactions.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Exposure to project management.
Additional Details:
- Remote, salaried position based in India
- Standard working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST)
- Annual salary: ₹20,50,000 – ₹24,25,000 based on qualifications and experience
