Acelero, Inc. is seeking a Director, Family Engagement & Health Services to drive their mission to eliminate the gaps between young children's potential and their success in school and life. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Family and Community Engagement, Public Health (or a related field) required; master's degree preferred. 3+ years experience in Head Start /Early Head Start or family, community engagement and health, including experience in coaching, supervision, program management and providing technical assistance. Expertise in starting up HeadStart programs or early learning environments, with direct experience developing and implementing program strategies. Experience in program evaluation and continuous improvement processes. Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English) Physical exam and background checks are required for this position. Travel required locally or long-distance up to 75% of the time for work-related meetings and functions. Must have a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
