**Job Summary**
As a Customer Engagement Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, processing phone payments, conducting customer interview calls, and resolving customer issues via online chat channels. You will work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their loan journey. This is a hybrid remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process phone payments and conduct outbound customer interview calls to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channels, providing clear and concise solutions to customer concerns
* Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, including payment issues, loan terms, and other related matters
* Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met
* Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus
* Two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with collection experience a plus
* Working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems, such as LoanPro (training provided)
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and online chat channels
* Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
* Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
