Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high-volume client requests, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize arenaflex's data entry procedures and rules to process new patient enrollments, entering information into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient medication requests, investigate missing prescription information, and resolve third-party rejections in accordance with established protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via inbound calls, visits, messages, and outbound calls to resolve issues and provide support.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, both in-office and remote, to provide assistance and resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex's policies and procedures.
• Acquire and maintain a dynamic professional license or certification within the initial 90 days of employment and throughout the tenure.

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down the computer, using the mouse, and navigating programs.
• Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using search engines, bookmarking pages, and completing online forms.
• Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM) and the ability to type by memory.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum age of 18 years or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will enhance your candidacy:

• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment.
• At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/registration by the state, as conferred by the State Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, meeting quality standards for services, and assessing customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and the ability to type by memory.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
