- Conduct ongoing reviews of the onboarding process with the Customer Success Manager and other teams involved, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to perfect the onboarding experience.

Requirements and Skills
To excel as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at arenaflex, you should possess:
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in Customer Onboarding within the eCommerce and/or SaaS industry is highly desirable, with bonus points for familiarity with the Automotive aftermarket industry.
- Availability to work between 8AM and 5PM EST, with flexibility to accommodate customer needs and time zones.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
