**Job Summary**
As an experienced Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high-volume client inquiries, and performing data entry tasks in a remote work environment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, resolve customer issues, and maintain accurate records. **Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.
* Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
* Investigate to obtain missing pharmacy data, decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolve all data entry-related issues.
* Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
* Settle external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
* Make phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve external exceptions.
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas, and recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
* Obtain a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain a current pharmacist license or certification.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
* Basic computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).
* Basic web search skills (e.g., opening a program, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online).
* Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
* Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
* 18 years old or older.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a license/registration by the state as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
* Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
