As a remote call center representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on people's lives. **Job Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information section methods and rules to process new patient enrollment and handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines * Entering top-off orders for handling and investigating to obtain missing solution data * Deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes) and resolving all information passage-related exceptions * Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis * Resolving external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, and recognizing and communicating issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Acquiring a dynamic expert license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintaining a valid specialist license or certification **Essential Capabilities:** * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online * Basic web browser skills, including: + Opening a program + Composing in URLs in the right location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Moderate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports) * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally **Preferred Capabilities:** * At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by state as conceded by the State board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Moderate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **Work Environment and Culture:** As a remote call center representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters collaboration, growth, and innovation.
