**Job Description**
As a Customer Advisor with Norwegian language skills, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance via phone, email, or chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical support for our streaming services, addressing contract and billing inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Serving B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support, handling administrative tasks such as gathering feedback or making late payment calls.
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track and resolve issues efficiently.
* Participating in team-building events and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Service-oriented thinking with a focus on customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
* Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level) and English written and verbal (B2), with excellent communication and listening skills.
* Administrative and technical knowledge, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Availability to work 5 days out of 7, with 8.5 hours long shifts per day (including breaks), between Monday to Friday (8:00-20:00) and weekends (10:00-18:00).
**Nice to Have**
* Experience with CRM systems, with a proven ability to track and resolve customer issues efficiently.
