**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exemplary customer experiences through innovation and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers
* Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
* Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
* Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
* Working and learning in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
* Performing alpha-numeric data entry and communicating effectively with patients regarding medical information
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 1+ year work experience required
* Previous work in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, call center, fast-paced environment, or high-volume calls environment with multiple computer windows open highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact and communicate with patients regarding medical information
* Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and excellent organization skills
* Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with alpha-numeric data entry skills
* Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity

**Pay Range**
The pay range for this position is $15.25-16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
**Shift and Benefits**
The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST), which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST). During training, the hours will be 9am-6pm EST. As a regular full-time employee, you'll be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including:
