Position Overview: Inbound Call Center Customer Care Associate
We're hiring an experienced Customer Care Associate to support our dynamic eCommerce brands. This is a remote Work from Home role, but you must reside near Carrollton, Texas, as in-person training and monthly meetings will be held at our office. As a key member of our team, you'll deliver exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Who We're Looking For:

- At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center role, ideally within eCommerce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with efficient multitasking abilities and technical aptitude.
- A self-motivated and independent approach, with the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple customer inquiries.
- A performance-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in response time, customer sentiment, and resolution rates.
- Quick and effective problem-solving abilities, with a positive and solution-focused approach.
- A minimum high school diploma and the ability to type at least 40 wpm.
