**Responsibilities**
As the face of our customer, you will:
* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention.
* Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we've inconvenienced a customer.
* Work daily with a safety mentality by ensuring we maintain ourselves and each other to the highest standards.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* A minimum of 18 years old.
* Comfort working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
* Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
* Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
