**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative in our remote data entry role, you will be responsible for performing information entry and patient enrollment tasks, working under direct supervision. You will be accountable for the accuracy and quality of your work, adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy systems to obtain patient and medication data, and performing other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
* Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
* Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
* Resolve all information entry related to special cases.
* Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolve outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
* Resolve External Exceptions by reviewing, gathering data, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual account requirements.
* Resolve phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve External Exceptions.
* Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
* Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
* Obtain a valid professional license or certification within the first 90 days, and maintain a valid professional license or certification.

**Fundamental Capabilities:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic computer skills (e.g., start and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and shut down programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
* Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
* Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
* Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
* 18 years old or older.
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.
* At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
* Middle to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
