**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a customer service professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex policies and procedures
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
**Equipment Requirements**
* Windows 10 or 11 operating system
* USB headset (no wireless)
* High-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
**Pay and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate of $20.00
