As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team that's always striving to improve and innovate. **Key Responsibilities** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer support via phone and email, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information about their deliveries * Conducting real-time investigations to identify and resolve delivery issues, working closely with our Delivery Service Partners to ensure seamless communication and resolution * Communicating with customers to confirm delivery details, prevent delays, and arrange for re-delivery when necessary * Acting as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners, identifying potential root causes and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekends, and national holidays **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum age of 18 years old * The right to work in the Netherlands * Strong communication skills in Dutch (written and oral fluency, minimum C1 level) * Strong communication skills in German (written and oral fluency, minimum C1 level) * Good communication skills in English (written and oral fluency) * Intermediate computer literacy * Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm * Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (weekends, overtime, and national holidays) **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Friendly and customer-focused demeanor **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Friendly and customer-focused demeanor **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
