You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing product information and recommendations. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner * Assisting clients with scheduling appointments and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner * Providing product information and recommendations to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support * Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in high-pressure situations * Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues * Handling a variety of customer service tasks, from order processing to pricing updates, with accuracy and attention to detail * Supporting the sales and business development teams with customer service needs, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration * Prioritizing and managing urgent tasks to ensure deadlines are met, even in fast-paced environments **Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at the appropriate level across the organization * Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint * Ability to commit to a flexible schedule and prompt arrival to scheduled shifts * Ability to follow verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities * Ability to be cross-trained in other departments to help with unexpectedly high demands * Prior Epicor knowledge is a plus, but not required **Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, even in high-pressure situations * Previous customer service experience, preferably in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry * Knowledge of the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry is a plus, but not required **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
