**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – On-Site, you will:
* Address complex, unstructured problems through advanced conceptual thinking
* Advocate for your customer, take ownership of the experience, and utilize your expertise to deliver outstanding customer support to small businesses regarding their financial programs
* Train and work from home (remote) before transitioning to on-site work
* Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing business outcomes
* Efficiently navigate and operate multiple programs and applications at the same time
**Essential Qualifications**
Your expertise, integrity, knowledge, and genuine empathy will ensure value and success in every customer interaction. Key qualifications for our Experienced Customer Service Representative – On-Site position include:
* Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED
* Ability to multi-task on a computer
* Be comfortable sharing product upgrade options
* Must have at least 1 year or more of customer service experience. Prior tech support experience is preferred
* Taking ownership over the solutions provided, going above and beyond to lead customers to the best outcome
* Ability to exceed each customer's expectations by providing personalized solutions
* High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
* Proficiency in multiple software applications (e.g., CRM, customer service platforms)
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
