Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative – Sales to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working in our center 3-4 days a week and remotely from home 1-2 days a week. As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition, sales, service, and retention, you will be on the frontline providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections.
- Explain bills and product features clearly, troubleshooting basic problems and seeking higher support when needed.
- Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
- Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues, and work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights and weekends.
- Participate in paid training to develop your skills and knowledge of our products and services.
