You will utilize your leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives the customer experience and arenaflex brand loyalty. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service * Greeting each customer upon contact and/or line of sight, assessing their needs, suggesting alternative options, and providing resolution * Leading associates utilizing effective communications skills * Training and coaching associates to ensure they are well-equipped to provide a personalized shopping experience * Ensuring associates have product knowledge and sales skills to serve the customer in assigned area(s) * Ensuring loss prevention and accountability procedures are followed and minimizes all controllable expenses * Communicating performance expectations and maintaining employee communication folders * Providing effective feedback on adherence to established performance standards and recommending development opportunities **Key Responsibilities** * Oversees associates in the execution of strategies to deliver a tailored customer experience within assigned department(s) * Utilizes leadership skills to empower associates to create a positive environment that drives the customer experience and arenaflex brand loyalty * Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service * Greet each customer upon contact and/or line of sight, assesses their needs, suggests alternative options, and provides resolution * Leads associates utilizing effective communications skills * Trains and coaches associates to ensure they are well-equipped to provide a personalized shopping experience * Ensures associates have product knowledge and sales skills to serve the customer in assigned area(s) * Ensures loss prevention and accountability procedures are followed and minimizes all controllable expenses * Communicates performance expectations and maintains employee communication folders * Provides effective feedback on adherence to established performance standards and recommends development opportunities **Essential Qualifications** * Completion of high school or the equivalent * Retail experience * Demonstrated willingness and potential for additional responsibility * Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays between the hours of 0945-1915 * Availability to work weekends is REQUIRED **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong customer service skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
