Our mission is to see the local church have the financial stability and resources needed to build the Kingdom of God, and we work every day to deliver world-class, cost-effective technology tools to make the business of the church just a little bit easier. **Join Our Team** As a Customer Support Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be a core part of our team, working closely with our customers to deliver exceptional experiences. You'll be responsible for providing answers to customer inquiries, troubleshooting various issues, and helping our customers adapt to new software and updates. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you! **Primary Responsibilities of the Role** * Offer customer solutions through email, chat, and phone services * Train and help customers adapt to new software and updates that get pushed out frequently * Track issues/bugs that the customers are experiencing and communicate accordingly * Help brainstorm and create better and more efficient/concrete processes for the team * Other duties and special projects as assigned **A Successful Candidate Will** * Communicate Effectively by attentively listening to others and adjusting to fit your audience * Be Action Oriented and step up to handle tough situations * Have Interpersonal Savvy, relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people * Be a Nimble Learner who learns quickly when facing new situations * Be Tech Savvy, readily learning and adopting new technologies **Technical Qualifications** * Required: + Be passionate about serving our customers by providing best-in-class customer interactions through clear, thoughtful, and efficient responses + Comfortable with technology and software services + Excellent written/verbal communication skills + Positive and upbeat personality + Empathetic and patient with customers + Ability to manage yourself in a fully remote environment + Detail-oriented and organized + A willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new updates/changes + Highly competent/comfortable with technology and web-based software's + Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences * Office Requirements: + We are a fully distributed team (100% remote) with travel required 1-2 times per year + 9:00a-5:30p Pacific Standard Time, with 1-2 weekend shifts a month + A stable work environment with designated workspace and access to high-speed internet. We will provide all necessary equipment + US-based and legally able to work full-time in the US.
