**Position Description**
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as At-Home Contact Center Specialists. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers, resolving issues, and answering questions
* Working with a variety of clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
* Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
* A computer at home that meets our minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, high-speed internet access)
* A quiet workspace with a desk and reliable internet connection
* Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
