**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
* 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
