**Responsibilities:**
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
* Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
* Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
* Adapting to changing projects and updates with flexibility and agility
* Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to develop your skills and knowledge

**Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support is an asset
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act is an asset
