**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through our cloud-based solutions. You'll work closely with our technical teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, provide expert guidance on AI and cloud computing, and collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work with our technical teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers.
* Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with our clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to prioritize solutions affecting client adoption of arenaflex Cloud.
* Work with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex Cloud product combinations in client/partner environments.
* Suggest integration techniques, proof-of-concept models, stages, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on arenaflex Cloud.
* Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as needed.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Four-year certification or comparable functional experience in cloud computing, AI, or a related field.
* Experience in virtualization or cloud native designs in a client-facing or support role.
* Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience building AI solutions and utilizing specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks).
