You'll work closely with our technical teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, provide expert guidance on AI and cloud computing, and collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with our technical teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical concerns, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers. * Provide AI expertise to support the technical relationship with our clients, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to prioritize solutions affecting client adoption of arenaflex Cloud. * Work with clients to demonstrate and model arenaflex Cloud product combinations in client/partner environments. * Suggest integration techniques, proof-of-concept models, stages, and application infrastructure to implement a comprehensive solution using best practices on arenaflex Cloud. * Attend client sites, meetings, and other related events as needed. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Four-year certification or comparable functional experience in cloud computing, AI, or a related field. * Experience in virtualization or cloud native designs in a client-facing or support role. * Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming systems (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience building AI solutions and utilizing specific AI models (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks). * Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for mobile, distributed systems. * Experience in data and information management as it relates to large data patterns and issues within organizations. * Ability to rapidly adapt, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, processes, and solutions in the cloud/IT space. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical knowledge of cloud computing, AI, and machine learning. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Experience with customer-facing tools and technologies. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
