Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver reporting and insights on paid media performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Design, build, and lead the development of analytics, business intelligence, and data science capabilities aimed at streamlining paid media and enhancing marketing efficiencies.
- Collaborate with paid media, data science, and marketing teams to implement media mix models and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis through database querying, followed by insightful interpretation of results and communication of recommendations that drive action.
- Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to tackle business challenges and track marketing and product performance using a data-driven approach.
- Utilize Structured Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
- Analyze data to identify business issues and conduct in-depth analysis to perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage internal and external data sources, delivering actionable insights that address complex business challenges.
- Conceptualize and execute analysis that produces insights on customer behavior and needs, informing the development and improvement of our offerings.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data science, business, economics, information technology, statistics, or mathematics.
- Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or consulting in an online business environment or related field.
- Advanced SQL experience and proficiency in at least one industry analysis and metrics visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Expertise in Excel with a proven track record.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to scope issues, form relevant questions, and draw meaningful insights from data.

- Experience with subscription-based or media content organizations.
- Familiarity with or interest in learning more about state-of-the-art data science approaches.
- Programming languages: knowledge of Python, Java, C#, R, or SAS.
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics.
