**Why You'll Love This Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-client workstations and peripherals
* Answering client care issues raised from the Helpdesk
* Contributing to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member
* Remotely resolving and resolving demands using remote tools
* Investigating and collaborating with other departments to assist with system-related issues
* Recording client interactions in episode management software, including resource management
* Recovering data from hard drives or performing data relocation
* Upholding remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations
* Installing and designing local and network-based printers
* Performing security support
* Working various shifts, including on-call and travel as required
* Following management direction, complying with IT strategy and methodology
* Performing other duties as mentioned

**All You'll Need for Success**
To excel in this role, you will require:
* Least Capabilities:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Partner/Four-year certification in Software Engineering, Data Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience/preparation
* 2 years' of certified 'active' IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues
* Firsthand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
**Favored Capabilities**
* A+ certification
* MCSE/MCP is an or more
* Past IT foundation experience in Aircraft/Airport climate
* Skills, Licenses, and Certificates:
+ General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10
+ Knowledge of workflow and with tagging systems
+ Knowledge of VPN network and ability to investigate issues
+ Ability to work independently and act in a cooperative, team-based environment
+ Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
