**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly competent Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone and email interactions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services

* Assign field technicians to sites and ensure timely completion of tasks
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless customer service
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

* Availability to work 11pm-7am EST, Monday-Friday
