Overview of the Role: Be the Face of blithequark's Customer Service
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely and professional support across various channels. Your mission will be to:
- Process orders efficiently and follow up with customers on expected deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide accurate updates to customers.
- Address customer inquiries with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Confirm current pricing and assist with product sourcing as needed.
- Set up and train new customers on our E-commerce platform.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team on projects to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of experience in B2B customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to various customer personalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of CRM-related applications, such as Zoho or Microsoft Dynamics NAV, is a plus.
