We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to utilize advanced analysis, experimentation, causal inference, and strategic problem-solving to develop digitally enabled products. You will be part of the Endeavor Digital Analytics (EDA) group, where you will work closely with colleagues to grasp their concerns and develop analytical solutions, analyze customer journeys to identify opportunities to drive more adoption, engagement, retention, and conversion, and foster personalization capabilities using AI to target specific audiences for meaningful efforts.
A graduate degree or equivalent work experience in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. A PhD in a related discipline is preferred.
The ordinary salary range for this position is $106,605.00 - $206,000.00. This salary range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on various factors, including experience, education, geography, and other significant factors. This position is eligible for an arenaflex bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base salary range listed above.
