**Job Summary**
We're seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our remote team on a provisional assignment lasting up to 90 days. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn and grow with our organization. As a Temporary Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our clients via phone, chat, and email, while navigating multiple systems to resolve issues and answer questions.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues and inquiries
* Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy
* Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
* Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service and process efficiency
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, technology, and process improvement
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a contact center or retail environment; experience with computer processing/data entry software a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
* Successful completion of mandatory training program
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6 months of experience in a contact center or retail environment
* 6 months of experience with computer processing/data entry software
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
