We are currently expanding a fast-growing business unit focused on Transformative AI—helping real estate operators and investment groups identify inefficiencies, rethink workflows, and implement intelligent solutions that drive measurable improvements. Position Overview As a Junior Analyst, you will work closely with senior team members to support client engagements and internal initiatives. This role blends analytical problem-solving, process evaluation, and hands-on execution. You will learn how to: • Break down complex problems into actionable components • Identify inefficiencies in business processes • Propose and implement practical improvements, including AI-driven solutions • Work directly with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes This is not a passive learning role—high performers will quickly take on meaningful responsibility. Key Responsibilities Analytical & Client Support • Assist in diagnosing client challenges through structured analysis and research • Break down workflows and identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities • Support the development and implementation of process improvements • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely Transformative AI & Process Improvement • Participate in initiatives that leverage AI to improve business operations • Help evaluate where automation or AI tools can create value • Assist in testing, validating, and refining new solutions • Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and think critically about their application Execution & Quality Assurance • Support testing of workflows, data outputs, and system changes • Document processes, findings, and results with precision • Identify inconsistencies or issues and help troubleshoot root causes • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail What We’re Looking For We are less focused on what you’ve done, and more focused on how you think.
