They are seeking a visionary Sr. Product Manager, Cloud & AI Transformation, to lead the migration from traditional desktop software to a modern, service-based cloud architecture that integrates AI-powered workflows and data-driven insights. Responsibilities • Define the product roadmap for cloud transformation and ensure it aligns with customer needs, business priorities, and technical direction set by Engineering • Partner with Software Engineering leadership and Architects to define the service strategy, modernization phases, and hybrid delivery capabilities • Drive modular Add-On architecture to accelerate feature delivery and partner ecosystem enablement • Collaborate with software engineering to establish the technical vision for hybrid delivery models, balancing local compute performance with cloud-powered intelligence • Ensure integration with Sandvik’s broader cloud ecosystem and alignment with corporate digital transformation objectives • Oversee PLM and 3rd party integration across Mastercam, Sandvik and partner platforms • Partner with AI/ML teams to embed intelligent automation, manufacturing insights, and predictive analytics into Mastercam workflows • Define AI-enabled workflows and customer value • Partner with AI Engineering to deliver copilots, automation, and insights • Evaluate third-party AI copilots and automation tools • Develop strategies for telemetry, user analytics, and data pipelines that power continuous improvement and adaptive learning • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Architects, and Engineering leaders to align the transformation roadmap with user needs and business goals • Partner with Product Marketing, UX, and QA, to ensure cohesive customer experiences as desktop and cloud modules converge • Establish feedback loops between product development, product marketing, customer success, sales and global marketing to drive iterative improvement • Define measurable KPIs for transformation success: cloud adoption rates, AI feature engagement, comprehensive milestones, and customer satisfaction • Drive cultural and organizational readiness for cloud-first and AI-augmented product delivery • Lead internal communication and enablement programs to align teams on transformation milestones and metrics • Mentor and develop team members in modern SaaS, AI, and cloud product practices • Oversee early access and beta programs for cloud and AI features Skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field required • 15+ years of experience in product management or product transformation leadership within software or industrial technology sectors • 5+ years of experience managing teams of Product Owners and Product Managers required • Proven track record of leading desktop-to-cloud migrations or large-scale product modernization initiatives • Strong understanding of cloud architectures (Azure/AWS), SaaS business models, and AI/ML product integration • Technical fluency with modern development environments, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, and data platforms • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to align cross-functional teams and inspire organizational change, influence without authority • Background in CAD/CAM, manufacturing software, or industrial automation • Experience integrating AI copilots, cloud microservices, or connected ecosystems in enterprise software • Familiarity with PLM systems, and hybrid deployment models • Demonstrated ability to balance technical modernization with user-centric product value • Experience with SaaS monetization models and organizational change management • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering Management, or equivalent preferred Company Overview • Mastercam specializes in CAD and CAM software CNC milling.
