We are a fast-growing eCommerce supplement brand looking for an experienced Mailchimp automation specialist to fully build out our email marketing infrastructure.
Project Scope
You will be responsible for:
1️⃣ Full Mailchimp Account Architecture Setup
Audience structure
Tagging system
Segmentation logic
Product-based tagging
Customer lifetime value segmentation
High-spender tagging
Engagement scoring setup
2️⃣ WooCommerce Integration & Tracking
Proper eCommerce integration
Product mapping
Revenue tracking setup
Abandoned cart configuration
Browse abandonment configuration
Event tracking validation
Google Analytics link tracking configuration
3️⃣ Core Revenue Automations
Build and implement:
Welcome Series (5–7 email flow with branching)
Abandoned Cart (3–4 emails)
Browse Abandonment
Post-Purchase Cross-Sell Flows (SKU-based branching)
Refill Reminder Automations (30 & 60 day logic)
Re-engagement / Win-Back Flow
VIP / High-Spender Flow
Subscription Cancellation Save Flow (if applicable)
4️⃣ Advanced Segmentation
We need dynamic segmentation for:
GLP-1 users
Performance / athlete customers
Men’s hormone optimization
Women’s hormone support
High lifetime spenders
Inactive subscribers
Engaged subscribers
5️⃣ Deliverables
Fully built and tested automation flows
Clear tagging architecture documentation
Flow map overview (visual or documented)
QA testing checklist confirmation
Reporting dashboard setup
Clear revenue attribution setup
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience setting up Mailchimp for eCommerce brands
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing
Experience with WooCommerce integration
Data-driven mindset (open rate is not the goal — revenue is)
Ability to suggest optimization strategy
Experience with supplement or health brands is a bonus
