Job Description:
• Provide on-site consulting services nationwide (75–80% travel)
• Conduct clinical compliance audits and mock surveys
• Perform Medicare compliance and MDS documentation audits
• Evaluate MDS accuracy and supporting documentation under PDPM
• Provide corrective action guidance and performance improvement support
• Submit reports and maintain timely communication with leadership
• Remain current on federal and state regulatory requirements
Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum five years long-term care experience
• Experience in clinical compliance and regulatory oversight
• Working knowledge of MDS and Medicare reimbursement
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel nationwide 75–80%
• Detail-oriented individuals who are team players.
• Adaptable to change and willingness to learn different processes.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
