Levy is looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our team.
This is a fully remote position, but candidates must live in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County to attend in-person meetings, client events, and local activations as needed.
This role supports a diverse roster of clients across real estate, lifestyle, travel, and luxury. We’re looking for someone who is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, proactive team player, and interested in building a foundation in media relations and client service.
What You’ll Do
• Compile and update targeted media lists
• Assist in drafting press releases, media alerts, pitches, and other communications materials
• Assist with copywriting across press materials, pitches, and other client-facing content
• Review and draft responses for HARO, Qwoted, and similar media opportunities
• Compile background materials and client information for incoming reporter requests
• Begin pitching local media and building relationships with writers, editors, and producers
• Conduct research for marketing reports, trend summaries, and data-driven media pitches
• Research and track relevant awards, conference opportunities, and speaking engagements
• Monitor daily client press coverage and flag timely opportunities or noteworthy mentions
• Create and distribute daily press clips and coverage recaps
• Take meeting notes and prepare clear recaps and follow-up action items
• Track pending tasks and follow up on outstanding information needed from clients
• Update press kits, save client documents, and help maintain organized internal files
• Support onboarding and training for new employees as needed
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of experience in public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field, including internships; experience supporting and interest in real estate, lifestyle, travel, and luxury brands is a plus
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Interest in media relations and enthusiasm for building relationships with journalists
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable conducting research and synthesizing information clearly and efficiently
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn across a range of accounts and industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred
