The Advisor Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients, managing outbound campaigns, and driving advisor revenue through effective lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities
• Run high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS to engage prospects across multi-day campaigns
• Qualify inbound leads to assess fit before routing to wealth advisors
• Manage and own your pipeline — proactively following up to keep prospects moving through the funnel
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets and pipeline KPIs
• Serve as the first point of contact for Farther — setting a strong first impression with every interaction
• Partner with sales leadership and the Client Acquisition team to refine outreach strategy and messaging
• Track all prospect interactions and maintain accurate records in HubSpot
• Surface patterns and feedback to drive continuous improvement in conversion and process
Skills
• 4+ years of sales or lead generation experience, preferably in financial services
• Proven track record of hitting outbound activity metrics and pipeline targets
• Engaging phone presence and strong written communication skills
• Self-starter with a bias for action — you don't wait to be told to follow up
• Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
• Highly adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• CRM proficiency required
• HubSpot experience
• Background in wealth management, fintech, or financial services sales
• Experience running multi-touch outbound sequences
• Track record of exceeding quota or lead generation benchmarks
