- Process ACH requests and provide payoff quotes
- Conduct soft collections for accounts 1-45 days past due and establish repayment plans
- Use skip tracing tools to locate and update customer information
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience in a high-volume contact center
- Required collections licensing covered by the organization across multiple states
