[Remote] Credit Analyst

The Credit Analyst is responsible for assessing customer credit positions, managing past due accounts, and ensuring accuracy in billing while focusing on customer aging and credit limit reviews. Responsibilities - Reviews and establishes customer accounts to be set-up in our ERP to assure accurate billing - Assists with managing, generating, and monitoring customer data and ensures accurate customer billing - Responsible for enforcement of credit policies, conducting periodic reviews of existing customers’ credit and evaluating the creditworthiness for prospective customers - Oversees the order release for customers entering a Hold Validation status - Evaluates TireHub’s risk before releasing orders to customers - Engages with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving TireHub’s objectives - Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class, in-person, or computer-based learning modules, as assigned - Complies with all TireHub policies and procedures - Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership Skills - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience - 1+ Years of experience in a Master Data or similar functions - Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal, to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely - Understanding of best practices in credit, billing, and collections - Ability to multi-task and achieve customer impacting deadlines in credit, billing, and collections - Ability to interact with customers, and cross functional teams to solve problems and provide guidance - 2+ Years of experience in a Credit Analyst role - Experience with Epicor systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience in an industrial and/or warehousing environment Benefits - Choose your day one benefits which include a no cost health insurance option - TireHub funded Health Savings Account - Additional benefit options including TireHub paid short/long term disability and life insurance benefits - Paid vacation and holidays - Parental leave programs - Build your financial future with 401k including TireHub match - Access to tire discounts, perks, and so much more!
