Position Summary:
- Utilize your clinical expertise to assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate healthcare services and benefits for our members.
- Apply clinical criteria, guidelines, policies, and procedures to render coverage determinations and recommendations.
- Collaborate with providers and other stakeholders to facilitate care and treatment, identifying opportunities to integrate with other products, services, and programs.
- Promote quality effectiveness of healthcare services and benefit utilization, consulting with internal and external constituents to optimize our utilization and benefit management functions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Active, current, and unrestricted Oklahoma RN licensure
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, with occasional weekends and holidays as needed
- Associate's Degree required; BSN preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Utilization management, precertification, and prior authorization experience
- Managed Care experience
