We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and innovative Principal Release Train Engineer to lead our Scaled Agile (SAFe) processes and drive success in our Consumer Technology experience team. As a remote role, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a competitive salary starting at $141,300 - $211,900 annually, plus an array of amazing benefits and perks.
As a Principal Release Train Engineer, you will:
- Lead SAFe ceremonies for 9 scrum teams, including Quarterly PI Planning, Weekly ART Sync, and Regular Backlog Refinement meetings
- Act as Product Owner Delegate for Developer Ecosystems, baselining and updating product roadmaps, aligning with industry standards and trends, and leading brainstorming sessions
- Manage campaigns to roll out enhancements to developer platforms, leveraging the Developer Data and Analytics Platform to measure success
- Collaborate with the Level Up Program Manager and Modern Delivery Platform project PMO to align roadmap priorities with program priorities
Requirements:
- 8-10 years' experience in a Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role, with expertise in Scaled Agile (SAFe) and developer platforms
- Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math (or equivalent experience)
