[Remote] Regional Sales Director - IC Role (Chicago or Minneapolis)

They are seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive new enterprise logo acquisition and engage with senior stakeholders while leveraging a strong partner ecosystem to scale opportunities. Responsibilities • New Logo Acquisition – Drive the majority of activity towards identifying, developing, and closing net-new enterprise opportunities • Account Growth – Expand a small set of existing strategic accounts, building long-term value • Partner-Led Sales – Collaborate with VARs, GSIs, MSSPs, and technology partners to drive joint opportunities • Territory Development – Shape the go-to-market strategy across the North Central region • Channel Relationships – Build strong relationships with regional partners to accelerate pipeline and deal velocity • Customer Engagement – Establish credibility with senior executives and position identity security as a strategic enabler of digital transformation • Sales Discipline – Maintain strong pipeline coverage, accurate forecasting, and disciplined CRM management • Collaboration – Work closely with solutions engineering, marketing, and leadership to maximise success in the region Skills • At least, 5+ years of enterprise quota-carrying sales experience with consistent $1M+ attainment • Experience selling identity, access management, cybersecurity, or cloud security platforms • Proven success in winning new enterprise business in complex sales environments • Strong experience working through channel partners and alliances • Track record of engaging C-level stakeholders across security and technology leadership • Experience closing subscription or multi-year enterprise agreements • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a strategic territory • Familiarity with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies is advantageous Company Overview • Amberes is a global recruitment and portfolio partner for AI, Cyber, Database, DEX, Endpoint, FinTech, SaaS, and Technology companies.
