They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive demand among life sciences professionals.
Responsibilities
• Owning integrated campaigns end-to-end (demand gen, thought leadership, events) - planning, launching, optimizing
• Using data (GA4, HubSpot, SEO platforms and AI insights) to improve performance and pipeline impact
• Growing and sharpening our ICP segmentation with Sales + Marketing Ops (intent, behavior, roles/functions)
• Improving SEO performance tied to demand gen and content engagement
• Creating and shaping content - short + long form - with SMEs and external contributors
• Supporting virtual and in-person events, including targeting, personalization, and ROI analysis
• Keeping our messaging consistent across touchpoints
Skills
• 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing (campaigns, demand gen, content, thought leadership, SEO)
• Strong experience with HubSpot + GA4 + enterprise SEO tools
• Comfortable turning performance data into clear recommendations and action
• Confident using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Surfer SEO) to work smarter and improve outcomes
• 4+ years recent WordPress experience
• PharmaTech/HealthTech experience
• ABM familiarity
• Canva
• Global marketing
• ROI/budget ownership
