Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to Sales Representatives
- Prepare proposals, rate documentation, contracts, and approval forms
- Coordinate with internal teams to support deal execution
- Act as a contact for smaller hotel partners
- Support onboarding and activation of new hotel partners
- Monitor account health and identify growth or optimization opportunities
- Conduct account check-ins and resolve operational issues with internal teams
- Identify upsell opportunities and escalate significant leads to Sales Managers
- Facilitate performance reviews for smaller hotel accounts
- Review KPIs and provide recommendations for performance improvement
- Document performance discussions and follow-up actions in CRM
- Escalate accounts with notable revenue potential or risk
- Qualify opportunities and manage early follow-up for high-potential partners
- Coordinate account renewals and incremental sales opportunities
- Track long-tail revenue trends and flag growth opportunities
- Ensure consistent follow-through on lower-tier opportunities
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, account management, hospitality, or related fields
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, and Slack
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable leading client calls and managing multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong follow-up and accountability
