They are seeking a Platform Product Management Leader to architect and lead their core platform ecosystem, focusing on building zero-to-one SaaS initiatives and ensuring a high-growth environment for internal teams and partners.
Responsibilities
• Spearhead new platform capabilities and "next-play" use cases to expand our market reach
• Design and scale the systems that enable a thriving partner marketplace and user community, fostering shared workflows and templates
• Own the product vision for our usage-based billing interface, prioritizing transparency, elegant UX, and self-service scalability
• Maintain a "hands-on" approach as needed, navigating architectural reviews and PRDs while mentoring a high-performing product team
• Collaborate with Product SMEs, Engineering and Sales to ensure platform features drive both technical excellence and commercial success
Skills
• Proven track record of taking zero-to-one SaaS initiatives from inception to global scale
• Spearhead new platform capabilities and 'next-play' use cases to expand market reach
• Design and scale systems that enable a thriving partner marketplace and user community
• Own the product vision for usage-based billing interface, prioritizing transparency, elegant UX, and self-service scalability
• Maintain a 'hands-on' approach as needed, navigating architectural reviews and PRDs while mentoring a high-performing product team
• Collaborate with Product SMEs, Engineering and Sales to ensure platform features drive both technical excellence and commercial success
• Proven success in building developer-centric platforms that prioritize security, resilience, and ease of integration
• A relentless focus on results, with a history of moving the needle on platform adoption and ecosystem health
• Deep experience in programmable communication layers, leveraging WhatsApp Business API, SMS, and Push for global consumer reach
• 20+ years of progressive tech industry experience, with 10+ years in senior product leadership
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments, particularly those involving marketplaces or complex consumption models
• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering or Computer Science is required
• MBA is strongly preferred
