We are currently searching for a Senior IT PM – Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CRM:
Responsibilities:
• Lead enterprise-level initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Pricing domains, including CRM enhancements and marketing automation.
• Direct executive steering committees and manage senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, and IT.
• Oversee vendor relationships and platform integrations for MarTech, CRM, and Pricing systems, ensuring seamless data flows.
• Manage financial oversight, including budgets, forecasts, and ROI tracking for commercial technology investments.
• Develop change management and enablement strategies, including training plans and adoption materials tailored to field and branch users.
Requirements:
• Proven experience leading Sales and Marketing technology projects (e.g., Customer Analytics, Pricing Tools).
• Strong background in Stakeholder Management at the executive level.
• Expertise in Financial oversight and value tracking for IT projects.
• Demonstrated capability in Change Management and User Enablement/Adoption.
• Solid understanding of Platform Integrations and Data Flow coordination.
Desired:
• Familiarity with commercial platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe/Marketo, or pricing tools (PROS, Zilliant, or Vendavo).
Languages
• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
