We are hiring a senior-level automation architect / integration specialist to design and build a production-ready lead intake and conversion system for a premium remodeling company in North Carolina, USA.
This is not a beginner automation job.
This is not a chatbot-only project.
This is not a generic “AI assistant” setup.
We need a builder who understands how to create a real business-critical lead system that captures opportunities, qualifies them, responds quickly, routes them properly, and helps convert them into booked estimates.
We are looking for someone who can think like an operator, not just a technician.
Company context
We are a premium remodeling company focused primarily on:
Bathroom remodeling
Shower conversions
Custom tile work
Flooring
Waterproofing-related rebuilds
We care about:
speed to lead
lead quality
missed opportunity recovery
booking efficiency
clean operations
premium customer communication
Project objective
Build an end-to-end automation system that can support:
lead intake from selected channels
SMS response / missed-call recovery
AI-based qualification and scoring
hot / warm / cold routing
logging into Google Sheets or CRM
follow-up logic
booking workflows
human-review checkpoints where appropriate
workflow reliability, monitoring, and documentation
Core stack
You should already be comfortable working with:
n8n
Twilio
Anthropic / Claude
Webhooks
API authentication
Google Sheets and/or CRM systems
Lead-response workflows
Production-safe automation design
We will strongly prioritize candidates who can demonstrate experience with:
lead intake systems
AI qualification workflows
missed-call text-back systems
SMS/email follow-up flows
booking logic
sales / RevOps thinking
clean handoff documentation
error handling and recovery workflows
This role is NOT for:
chatbot builders without integration depth
no-code-only freelancers who cannot solve real API problems
generic AI consultants
scraping-heavy operators
people who ignore platform compliance
demo builders who cannot productionize systems
freelancers who cannot clearly explain architecture, data flow, and failure handling
What we expect from the right person
You should be able to:
understand the business goal, not just the tool
architect the workflow before building
explain data flow clearly from trigger to outcome
build stable n8n automations
integrate Twilio properly for inbound/outbound logic
use Claude in a practical, structured way
create sensible lead-scoring logic
document the system for long-term ownership and handoff
think in terms of reliability, not just “it worked once”
Required deliverables
The final engagement must include:
workflow architecture map
working n8n workflows
Twilio setup and logic
Claude / AI qualification logic
Google Sheets or CRM logging structure
lead routing rules
follow-up logic
documentation
Loom or video walkthrough
basic support period after delivery for fixes
Required in your proposal
To be considered, your proposal must include the following:
A short introduction focused on relevant systems you have actually built
2–3 examples of similar automation/integration work
Your direct experience with:
n8n
Twilio
Claude / Anthropic
API/webhook-based workflows
Whether you work solo or with a team
Your preferred engagement model:
fixed-price
hourly
milestone-based
A brief explanation of how you would approach this build
The word “operator” at the top of your proposal
Screening note
If your proposal is generic, overly broad, or does not clearly demonstrate relevant integration depth, it will not be considered.
We are specifically looking for someone who can build real operational systems — not someone who only talks about AI.
Bonus points
You will stand out if you have experience with:
lead-generation operations
service business workflows
local business response systems
booking and qualification systems
RevOps / sales automation
recovery workflows for missed calls or slow response
Engagement style
We prefer to start with a small paid test phase or clearly defined first milestone before expanding the project.
We value:
clarity
structure
execution quality
reliability
honest communication
If you are the kind of builder who can take a messy business problem and turn it into a clean automation system, we would like to hear from you.
