Overview
I am a marketing consultant who is looking for a reliable Short-Form Content Creator to help turn ideas into finished social media content quickly for my clients.
I will provide the core ideas and most of the raw footage. Your role is to turn those ideas into polished short-form social posts, including editing video, writing strong hooks and captions, and preparing posts for publishing.
Some content will require light research to support the topic or validate facts.
This is an execution role. I am looking for someone who moves quickly, communicates clearly, asks thoughtful questions, and consistently produces high-quality work.
Responsibilities (and requirements)
• Turn ideas into engaging finished posts
• Take rough ideas or raw clips and turn them into polished social media posts
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Format content appropriately for each platform
• Write hooks and captions and CTAs using what works to drive views and engagement
• Write captions that support the content and drive engagement
• Repurpose content
• Conduct light research - find what's working in similar areas, validate facts, examples, or statistics
My key client will need about 5-10 pieces of content per week across 3 core ideas. This is a B2C client focused on spiritual growth and creative expression for adults and kids.
I like working with people who:

- can move quickly
- collaborate and iterate quickly
- is not offended by feedback
- are organized and communicate clearly on progress or blockers
Content will primarily be created for:
• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube Shorts
Time Commitment
Approximately 10 hours per week
Remote - need some overlap with Pacific Time hours, but some amount of asynchronous is ok.
Compensation - $20–$25 per hour depending on experience and portfolio.
