CPA – QuickBooks, Business Tax Filings, and Client Accounting (Remote)

About Us We are a tax resolution firm expanding our services to help business owner clients achieve financial stability and growth. As part of this expansion, we are building a dedicated CPA team to provide hands-on accounting, bookkeeping, and tax support. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong QuickBooks experience who can work directly with clients to provide full bookkeeping, reconciliation, and tax preparation support. This is a remote, full-time position (40 hours/week) with clear growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Manage QuickBooks for small business clients • Prepare and file 1065 (partnership) and 1120/1120S (corporate) tax returns • Assist with transaction categorization and bookkeeping • Perform account reconciliations (bank, credit card, AR/AP) • Oversee financial reporting for business clients • Handle accounts payable and receivable • Collaborate with clients to improve financial organization and compliance • Support business owners in becoming financially solvent and prosperous Qualifications • Active CPA license (required) • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (desktop and/or online) • Experience preparing 1065 and 1120/1120S business tax returns • Solid knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting • Strong attention to detail in bookkeeping and reconciliation • Excellent communication skills for client interaction • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office Compensation & Benefits • $35/hour starting pay • 40 hours per week (remote) • Review & raise after 60 days based on performance • Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding tax resolution and business accounting team Why Join Us?
