**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager, Enterprise, to join our team and help us scale our business. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts, onboarding new customers, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success. You'll work closely with our internal teams to deliver best-in-class support and drive product adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships and drive growth
* Onboard new enterprise customers to ensure they're set up for success and have a seamless experience
* Act as the main point of contact for any customer escalations and provide resolutions in a timely, proactive manner
* Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction
* Become the customer advocate and help implement cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, and Support
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide best-in-class support and drive customer success
**Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager, Enterprise, who is passionate about driving growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent customer relationship management skills
* Strong communication, listening, writing, and time management skills
* Ability to problem-solve and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently
* Organized and reliable: able to work independently with little direction when necessary
* Genuine excitement about scaling a growing platform
* An ownership mentality
* Experience working in the email/newsletter space is a huge plus
